Dog attack, 16th April
3 dogs (2x large, 1x small) were allowed to run free from their back garden into the woods from Fleur de Lys, Berry Green Road, TN16 3AH. Neighbours report that this is a common practice on the part of the residents. 1x large dog attacked my 14-year old deaf dog who was on a lead, resulting in a puncture wound to the neck & torn ear that became infected. A vet visit & significant invoice resulted, as well as trauma to my dogs & us. Please can you advise what action can be taken to prevent irresponsible dog management in this area as I would like to continue walking my dog through these public woods without this risk?

Large pothole and exposed ironworks edge; vehicles have been damaged within the last day, 12th April

The top layer of the road has largely disappeared here.
Cudham Lane South itself is full of defects, namely on the areas of the road that have not been fully resurfaced in recent years.
These sections of road need a full resurfacing rather than piecemeal fixing - some of the repaired potholes barley seem to last months.

Side of road completely washed away by continually running water from manhole, 3rd April
The left side of the road up to Thrift Lane has been worn away due to water continually running down this road during the Autumn/Winter months from a Thames Water manhole. It is very uneven and, as there are cars always parked on the other side of the road, makes it very hard to drive on or cycle on. In fact most of Cudham Lane South is covered in potholes or worn away tarmac. This particular length of road needs repairing as soon as possible.

Cudham rec Play Area - surface slippery, 15th March
The Playground surface at Cudham rec Play Area is extremely slippery around the playground equipment causing a health and safety issue. The playground is used by extremely young children and are at risk of hurting themselves when trying to play. The surface has been jet washed previously by idverde which resolved the issue.

Cudham Rec Play Area Gate - opening onto the carpark, 6th March
The gate which is the entrance to the Cudham Rec Playground is a danger to the children that use the play area because it opens outwards to the Car park - it should open into the play ground. This Car park gets very busy and is just an accident waiting to happen.
