Missing golden cockapoo wearing blue harness last seen on the A25 near Dryhill Lane 3pm 10/04/2024.
Unfamiliar with the area and vulnerable / distressed.
Would be very grateful if drivers could be alerted as we are very concerned. Would be extremely grateful for any updates / looking out for him. Microchipped ‘Barney Bear’. My grandmother’s only companion - all very distressed.

Black bin bags, 10th March
Large number (20+) black bags thrown over the fence from the layby on the A21 southbound. The bags have been there for at least three months! This has been reported to the local council (ref FT/3460) who said they had passed out on to National Highways, but nothing has been done, so I'm reporting directly here as well.

Blocked drains and gulleys, 17th December
Several drains and gulleys are blocked / semi blocked with leaves and assorted debris along the section from Chipstead to Morley’s roundabout ( Hildenborough intersection). This causes large puddles on nearside lane and more water drains alon and across the carriageway in heavy rain. This is a contributory factor re causing aqua planning . This has been an issue since the autumn. I consider it highly negligent that this hasn’t been dealt with as a matter of standard seasonal necessity . .

Still waiting for a fix on dangerous deep holes on entry slip. Outstanding for over a year. You are in charge of road safety, why has it not been fixed?. If not you, why not pass to KCC, who seem as intransigent as you lot! This graphic suggests holes in Highways Englands area of responsibility.

Deep holes down to hardcore., 19th September
Dear Highways England, why are you neglecting your fundamental responsibility to keep road users safe by constantly ignoring reports going back years regarding the dangerous surface on this slip where the hard core underneath the non existent tarmac is now exposed in at least a couple of huge potholes. This surface is bad enough for 4 wheelers, but is potentially lethal for 2 wheelers especially in the dark or wet. I'm amazed nobody has died here as a direct result of your incompetence, rest assured, if there is a fatality, I have kept copies of all my reports (to give to the appropriate parties), which you have todate ignored over at least 3 years!
