Blocked drains and gulleys, 17th December
Several drains and gulleys are blocked / semi blocked with leaves and assorted debris along the section from Chipstead to Morley’s roundabout ( Hildenborough intersection). This causes large puddles on nearside lane and more water drains alon and across the carriageway in heavy rain. This is a contributory factor re causing aqua planning . This has been an issue since the autumn. I consider it highly negligent that this hasn’t been dealt with as a matter of standard seasonal necessity . .

Unstable bench with rotting legs., 30th April
A well established bench, which is well used by local residents and kids, has been deterating in condition for a number of years. Minor repairs have been completed by local residents, but the legs are becoming more unstable and rotten. Could this please be replaced and secured in place? Thank you.
