Roadside open ditch to drain, 4th January
Must be a collapsed drain under passageway. Water no where to go so is running onto the road and flooding it. Also farm traffic has pushed grass verges up and so has blocked run offs for water to go into the open ditch. Currently the water is running through my farm yard to our drains which are working as are cleared annually. Every time it rains this section floods and it is exactly where on pointed on the map. You can’t miss it.

Very large potholes, 29th May
The potholes were here 1 month ago but the size of them has increased 200% as a result of HGV’s using Platt Lane during recent A442 closures (put in place by Shropshire Council) NB this wasn’t the signed diversion route, merely ones, I assume, chosen by drivers via their sat nav.

Island in centre of Road not sufficiently illuminated, 26th January
This is one of 3 Islands built in the centre of a short stretch of Road. Each has two signs placed on top of the island but these are often being damaged and are often dirty and whilst yellow in colour are not illuminated enough. No street lighting in place on this road area. At this island the two signs have been knocked off leaving the island which has high kerbs without any form of illumination which presents a danger to users of this road.
This is not a one off and has been subject to report before
