The 30mph limit road (linking Station Arf with Kynnersley Drive) is used as a ‘rat run’ by motorists attempting to avoid congestion at the Clocktower roundabout. Despite the presence of gateway and repeater signage (30), the majority of motorists drive significantly and dangerously over the 30mph limit.

The speed limit signs when exiting Lilleshall and entering the A518 at the red house roundabout show 30mph but the A518 is a national speed limit road so the signs should show the national speed limit.

Speeding traffic muxton, 18th July
This is gone on long enough !,When is something going to be done about speeding traffic on wellington road muxton ,The speed sign SID Is just ignored there was a SID facing the opposite way but never worked and was gone within the week it was installed and should have been installed the opposite end of the road anyway,If you remonstrate with them you get the one or two finger salute the type of drivers that can't count past two ,we had three hatch backs racing down the road together one night 70+mph at least a regular thing ,regular drivers 40-50mph most turn right down muxton lane,or are opproaching the speed sign from honnngton end,The school run !!say no more ladys you have kids in the car as well ?,muxton lane ,saltwells and marshbrook are all the same ,All round muxton its 30mph lets have some enforcement at rush hour times not midday ,Its an accident waiting to happen and we residents don't feel safe ,speed bumps although not favoured or a speed camera even temporary would send a message.

Monkey tree, 3rd June
Whats happened to the monkey tree at 23 wellington road muxton looks like it is dying it was healthy before the building works started so suspicious that it is in a state now ! monkey trees are rare and a focal point where they are situated i hope the council are going to investigate and identify the health of this tree.

Bus stop sign, 15th April
Bus stop sign has still not been replaced by 47 wellington road muxton after being reported on aug 21 and told by the council it was being replaced as mentioned on the donnington and muxton parish council meeting, cars and vans,wagons still parking on the bus stop so no chance of bus driver seeing anyone waiting, maybe no parking road signs required on road for bus stop as well.

7.5ton weight limit, 27th October
Wellington road muxton is a 7.5t weight limit road yet we have numerous heavy goods vehicles using it , concrete wagons, double trailer construction wagons, aggregate wagons , large hgv's, Is this restriction not being monitored by anyone , obviously being ignored by these hgv drivers and also travelling more than 30mph speed limit very dangerous gor us residents.

Bus stop sign missing, 19th August
Since the electricity poles were upgraded on wellington road muxton the bus stop sign opposite no 60 has not been replaced , this has resulted in people parking there cars vans etc fully on the pavement on the bus stop itself , causing people to try and flag the bus down further up the road as well as making people having to enter the road to get pass the parked vehicles, also making it difficult for the bus driver to know if anyone is waiting for a bus .

Rubbish left and rats seen, 11th July
The previous occupant at no 60 wellington road muxton passed away some 6 months ago ,The house was cleared some 3 months ago but all the rubbish was left and all the bags are now broken open and rats have been seen in the area , there is no contact infomation of any of the relatives concerned or responsible for the property so hoping the council would be abke to look into it or get the rubbish cleared as a health hazard.

Flooding again, 7th July
Wellington road muxton flooded again by cottage gardens every time we have heavy rain 2nd time this week you can smell and see the sewage ,cars are not slowing down and so making a wave which covers the front of no 1&2 cottage gardens and nos 60,62, 64 opposite there must be a restriction in the system that causes the vack up this and with 40+ more houses being built at the other end can only see this getting worst ,Flood warning signs should be i installed at the very least until sorted.

No road closed sign, 14th May
Wellington road muxton is closed at the donnington end by the new build houses in the old iron works site,while road closed signs have been put in place now after the last complaint of lack of signage there is no road closed sign just before the left turn into muxton lane junction stopping the traffic going down wellington road so the traffic just carries on down wellington road not knowing that the road is closed at the other end , you can tell how miffed they by the speed they are going on the way back, poor planning again .
