No public footpath, 2nd November
There is no public footpath from Garden Meadows Park and the entrance to the Park House Court Nursing Home towards Tenby. We walk this route on a daily basis taking our child to and from school. The grass verge is very boggy when it rains so we have to walk on the road towards oncoming traffic where the speed limit is set at 50MPH.

Path overgrown, 15th February
The path along Narberth Road towards Tenby after passing the care home is so overgrown it is cutting the walkway in half which means you are walking closer to the curb, the vehicles with wide mirrors do at times overhang the curb making it very dangerous for the pedestrians especially people walking holding a child’s hand. It has been like this for over a year now.

Non-existent lighting cannot see the entrance to regency car park at night from the Tesco’s entrance, 16th October

Fire engine could not reach properties, 7th August
On the 28th July we had a tornado in The Glen. Trees at Brookdale and The Cottage were uprooted falling on the properties and causing live electricity cables to sever and were on the ground. Emergency services were called but could not reach us as the parking at this location was to narrow for the fire engines to pass through. They had to park on the main Tenby Road and walk down the footpath to reach us. If this had been a fire people could have perished. We need double yellow lines urgently along the fence at this narrowest point to prevent a tragedy. I have been told this is not the first time it has happened and this request has been made previously. I have been living at Brookdale for three years and it is a constant problem but more of an issue in school holidays.
