Manhole cover on the road., 30th August
As it's on the road every car that drives over it makes it pivot and makes a banging noise which I can hear throughout the entire house, even early hours of the morning it disrupts our sleep. Location is opposite pump on the green pub. It was fixed 4 years ago but now the issue is back.

Pothole at entrance of Castle Lake Car Park, Haverfordwest., 30th April
I do not know who is responsible for the repair of this road but just want to make people aware of how dangerous it is. It is at the entrance of the car park just past the Telephone Exchange. I was walking there yesterday and stopped at the kerb, a car was coming out of the car park and gestured me to cross, I looked behind me to make sure no cars were going to turn into the car park, stepped off the kerb straight into this pothole and fell quite heavily hurting my hand and my foot. I wanted someone to be aware of this before someone else gets hurt. — at Castle Lake Car Park

Road repair required, 27th August
Pothole has formed on the road surface. It has been there for several months with nothing being done about it and is now getting much worse having gone through the tarmac to the layer below. The whole road surface is breaking up with cracks appearing in the road surface.

Drain cover loose, 17th April
There is a loose drain cover which gets two way traffic all through the day/night, there's a popular pub opposite which causes heavy traffic, even with double glaze windows we can hear the drain cover being driven over constantly, the noise is unbearable during the evening/night hours. Moved in to the property in January and reported the noise to the local council but no response.

A small but deep pothole has appeared right on the driving lione, 8th January
A small but deep pothole has appeared right on the driver's side wheel line as you turn the corner. This is probably as a result of the recent heavy rainfall but it is causing damage to my (and others) tyres.
It is at the corner of the road from Treffgarne just before it joins the A40

Diabolical road surface. Roads signs been in place since November 2014. Causing damage to suspension units.
In addition to the whole length of road from withybush island to Morrison's island. Get it done!

Road surface, 28th October
A number of breaks are appearing in the road surface on Meadow Park, Treffgarne. These are most notable in the hill up from the main road and also as you turn right at the T junction at the top of the hill.
Some patching has been done but it's breaking up again.
