Yet more dog fouling allowed, 2nd May

Wed, 02 May 2007 10:29:14 +0100
51.7534938965924 -4.9913263880349

Despite my previous report no action has been taken by Pembrokeshire County Council. Irresponsible Dog owners are still using the lane between Hillcrfot and Johnston CP School as a doggie toilet. I suggest that signs warning of the potential fines are erected, bins installed into which dog owners can dispose of dog poo and regular patrols by enforcement officers organised for the are. The welfare of the childern (and adults) walking in this area is paramount. If this complanint was made in the privaye estates in Johnston do you think it would have been ignored by the council?
