Litter bins overflowing, 17th March
The litter bins in the main car park in St Clears are overflowing with takeaway boxes and drink bottles/cups. Also the bin at the end of the Riverside walk near the Church. Bigger bins, more regularly emptied are essential, especially near the river to prevent litter getting into the waterway.The opening of MacDonalds has greatly increased the amount of litter around the town and access roads.

Large portholes in road, 24th April
This pothole has been here for years and gets larger and deeper. Now measures 6 x foot by 4 x foot and is 6 inches deep.

Difficulty exiting from factory shop onto B4299, 5th July
Exiting from the factory shop onto the B4299 is difficult for 2 reasons, a) Pentre Road is curved & b) the on-road parking spaces run up to the factory shop entrance. For both these reasons, it is difficult to see traffic from both east and west when exiting, particularly if high vans are parked outside the factory entrance. These parking spaces would be unnecessary if the official car park on the other side of the river Cynin reverted to being a "free" car park. Please try driving out of the factory shop onto the B4299 on a busy day! How many accidents have cocurred at this location? Parking on a bend, 18th May
On the bend shown on the map there is constantly a car, sometimes two cars park on the bend. This forces cars to pass the corner in the outer lane against oncoming traffic. It's a blind corner with no way of seeing oncoming traffic in either direction traveling and is therefore an accident waiting to happen. This is a regular occurrence for over a year, and is more likely to happen at peak times. I believe this is a violation of the "Highway code rule 243 - DO NOT stop or park on a bend"

Potholes, 6th October
I have been asking the council to fill this pothole for three years. We cannot leave the house without getting soaked as it is directly in front of our front door. Elderly visitors have also had falls and we are considering a claim against them. The whole road is in a terrible state with potholes right along and bad pavements. I have tried asking so many times. We had given up hope till we saw your website. Hope you get a better response.
