Footpath overgrown, 2nd September
The footpath on the side of the road between Drefach and the Mansel Arms pub is overgrown and needs attention. The summer has been encouraging to see so many people walking and it is a pity when paths are overgrown.

This path from the National Botanical Garden of Wales to Porthyrhyd is completely overgrown with brambles. It should be fully accessible for cyclists and walkers and it is a shame to see it in such a state.

The highway is obstructed by brambles, branches & saplings., 28th August
The highway is overgrown north of Nant-y-gleisiad, making it impassable to horses and four-wheeled vehicles. It is passable by two-wheeled vehicles and on foot.
South of Nant-y-gleisiad the highway has trees growing from its surface and is obstructed by a barbed wire fence. Eventually, near its southern end it becomes impassable even on foot due to brambles and branches growing from the hedges at its edges.
