Water on footway, 3rd April
Water constantly running over footway from adjacent land. This makes the surface very slippery with algae during mild weather and very icy in winter. People walking tend to deviate onto the carriageway which is the stupidly busy A476. This problem has been existence for at least 2 years.

Driver Feedback Signs not working, 18th March
Neither the original nor the recently installed DFS's at this location are working. This problem has been reported previously. As there are no traffic calming measures on the ferry busy A476 at Carmel through traffic simply ignores the 20mph limit.

Speed information signs not working, 9th March
Neither of the 2 speed information signs on either side of the road are now working. Both of these were working, but I've noticed for the last few weeks that they are no longer giving any information on speed, whether vehicles are within or exceeding the limit. As someone who walks along this road every day and regularly sees large lorries and other vehicles exceeding the limit, I would like to see these working again to see if they offer any help in making this feel a safer place to walk.
