Lots of small pot holes with 1 large deep hole down to the cobbles. The deep one can cause a lot of damage to a cyclist

Dog off lead in Roker Park, 29th March
It threatened to attack me, the owner refused to put it on a lead, and hurled abuse at me threatening to "Punch my face in". Any chance of get a dog warden in the park, even if only show a presence now and then

Left hand traffic light not working., 23rd March
The left hand side traffic light is not working at the junction to turn to the Stadium of light metro station car park. This means that not all drivers notice the traffic lights are on red and allowing predestrians to cross. I have personally almost been hit by a car not stopping, and seen several other near misses. The traffic light has been like this for a number of weeks and needs fixing as a matter or urgency.

Creating a blind corner, 11th March
The campervan parked on the drive is blocking the pedestrian path. This is forcing people with prams and young children to walk onto the road. Also from a driver position, I have seen a few near miss accidents as this is creating a very blind corner for both ways of traffic. Unsure whether the campervan is being lived in as it never moves and always plugged in.

Overgrowing bushes affecting footpaths all along bank, 27th February
All the bankside was cut and prevented from being overhanging the footpaths about 5 years ago and hasnt been touched since. Its now as bad as it was when it originally had to be cut. All benches above on Coast Road have zero views of Marina again as no bushes have been cut and regularly kept at a low height. All overgrown. Wrong thing has been planted if its not going to be maintained.

Bins always left out and especially on days like today, the bins blow over and the back lane is a mess and full of broken glass. Cars can't get down or in their own garages.

Dog Fouling, 19th December
Lots of irresponsible dog owners let their dogs do their number twos,right outside my front door,they also let them urinate up the door,pooling on the step. Also dog owners don't clear up at the side of my house. I'm putting a camera in the window and any I catch,will be reported and shamed....CLEAR UP AFTER YOUR ANIMALS.

Amount of litter in street, 16th December
The amount of litter in Francis street is getting worse, particularly the end of the street adjoining to fulwell road. There seems to be a large number of empty vape boxes and empty fast food boxes, presumably this is caused from people visiting the corner shop and dumping their rubbish.

Collapsing Manhole Cover, 2nd December
I have observed this manhole for many months, it appears to be collapsing more and more, I fear that it may collapse under the weight of a vehicle, trapping the wheel and severely damaging the vehicle, or worse.
