The speed awareness sign near VLC6216 has been out of order for some time, the sign heading towards East Boldon. The sign into Cleadon village does have an impact at reducing speed so please fix as vehicles are not staying to 30.

Dangerous Pathway, 30th March
My son has went flying through the air hitting this slab on his scooter hurting his leg and hands… thankfully he had his helmet on.
Wobbly to step on.

Creating a blind corner, 11th March
The campervan parked on the drive is blocking the pedestrian path. This is forcing people with prams and young children to walk onto the road. Also from a driver position, I have seen a few near miss accidents as this is creating a very blind corner for both ways of traffic. Unsure whether the campervan is being lived in as it never moves and always plugged in.

Several potholes in the road, 29th February
Several potholes that have been left for over 12 months and nothing has been done about it. Several cars have been damaged These residents pay an awful lot of council tax so should deserve a road to drive on that is worth of this cost.

Stopping people walking on footpath, 10th February
This van parks on the pavement almost every weekend, for almost 3 weeks over the Christmas. It's right on a junction. There is a car park across the road with plenty free spaces yet he continues to cause an obstruction to both pedestrians and motorists. He doesn't even live in the property he is parking against, but up in the estate behind!

Narrow alleyway between Primrose Crescent and Marina Avenue. Impossible to walk through as dog muck spread the width of the walkway. Is this place ever sanitised?

Collapsing Manhole Cover, 2nd December
I have observed this manhole for many months, it appears to be collapsing more and more, I fear that it may collapse under the weight of a vehicle, trapping the wheel and severely damaging the vehicle, or worse.

Sinking road, 12th November
The concrete road leading to the cul de sac in Shotley Ave is completely broken and has sunk between 40 and 50mm in places. With gas, water and drains running underneath it won't be long till we have a major issue with services.

Large pothole in Cleadon 850mm x 600mm, 1st November
Drove through this and its cracked both the passenger side alloys on the cat and both tyres are damaged. Currently awaiting RAC recovery Really deep pothole, needs to be repaired urgently as its a busy road and its difficult to avoid must have been there for a week or so now according to other road users who I saw at the scene

Giant pothole at junction of Whitburn road and Sunderland road, 30th October
On Whitburn road, just after the junction with Sunderland road and heading to East Boldon, an old pothole has reopened and is now large enough to puncture tyres, as has happened to my car.
