Creating a blind corner, 11th March
The campervan parked on the drive is blocking the pedestrian path. This is forcing people with prams and young children to walk onto the road. Also from a driver position, I have seen a few near miss accidents as this is creating a very blind corner for both ways of traffic. Unsure whether the campervan is being lived in as it never moves and always plugged in.

Neighbours drive, 18th June
The drive at 13 lizard lane sr67Aj is too high with a steep slope with no drainage at the end leaving rain pouring fast down onto the public pathway. This is causing concern especially for the winter time approaching for their cars parked to either slide or be unable to pull onto the drive causing accidents on the main road we live on. The kerb to parallel to the drive has not been dropped to allow cars to safely pass over the walkway, instead black plastic wedges have been put against the kerb. This has been causing near accidents for passing cars when their trying to pull in to allow other cars to pass. This has been going on for approximately 4 months. The path is now scratched in multiple places making the surface messy.

Cars parking on pavement, 17th November
There are cars parked on the pavement every day (it’s even visible on the aerial map). This is despite the presence of parking bays on the road. The cars are parked fully on the pavement and therefore drive along the stretch of pavement between Arthur Terrace and the garage. They regularly drive on here during school drop off and pick up times (Marsden Primary School is opposite). This means that not only do they provide an obstruction on the pavement, they are also creating dangerous situations when parents and children are walking down the pavement. It has happened regularly that cars are reversing on the pavement near children running or using their scooters on the pavement. There need to be bollards installed on the pavement to prevent cars from driving onto them, at the Arthur Terrace and Mill Lane crossing, and at the side road where the garage is.
