Left hand traffic light not working., 23rd March
The left hand side traffic light is not working at the junction to turn to the Stadium of light metro station car park. This means that not all drivers notice the traffic lights are on red and allowing predestrians to cross. I have personally almost been hit by a car not stopping, and seen several other near misses. The traffic light has been like this for a number of weeks and needs fixing as a matter or urgency.

Stopping people walking on footpath, 10th February
This van parks on the pavement almost every weekend, for almost 3 weeks over the Christmas. It's right on a junction. There is a car park across the road with plenty free spaces yet he continues to cause an obstruction to both pedestrians and motorists. He doesn't even live in the property he is parking against, but up in the estate behind!

Pavement parking, 8th February
They consistently park too far onto the pavement forcing people especially people with a buggy or pram with a baby or child into the road to get around. We have heard people with health conditions requiring a wheelchair or a walking stick knocking on our door and other peoples doors enquiring about the car as the cannot get past. Many times children in particular have ran up the pavement and then into the road due to the obstruction and dont always look for oncoming cars.

Cars double parked and on double yellows, 18th September
On school pick up and drop off there are cars double parked, some are parked on white zig zag lines beside the pedestrian crossing and on double yellow lines. The road was changed for the new school but the stretch of road between English Martyrs and Willow Wood is really congested (between the 2 give way to oncoming vehicles). This is a bus route and some days I wouldn't be surprised if a bus struggled to get through this. It would be horrible to think there was an accident caused by the number of parked cars.

Car parking, 5th September
The car from 5 Radlett Road parks on the pavement. This is highly dangerous as its a road with a primary school. When I reverse out of my drive I can't see what's coming down the road and they can't see me because of this white Ford car. They have a drive but choose not to use it. An accident will occur if the owner continues to park on the pavement. Also yesterday a mobility scooter couldn't get past and had to go down my drive abd onto the main road which is very dangerous.

Parking on paths after a Sunderland game, 7th August
Despite there being double yellow lines, on a matchday there's dozens of cars parked along here after the final whistle. As a result, people then walk up the road as there is insufficient room on the path. The combination of the Park & Ride busses, other traffic and people in the road is just an accident waiting to happen and I have witnessed a few near misses. It seems to get worse game by game. Can this road not be closed (except for the park and ride busses) like it is when there is a concert?
