A tree is being taken down using an axe, a hacksaw, an electric saw and manual saw. They climb it to illegally fell it. This has been reported to the forest commission. They are then dumping the branches round by the garages which is drying up and now becoming a fire hazard. This is getting larger as the days go on.

Dean Row Road, about opposite the entrance to Blackden Walk, 22nd April
I know some of the potholes on Dean Row Road were patched last week. But one of the largest has been missed. It is long, and several inches deep. I was walking on the pavement today and got soaked when a car went into this pothole. The car made a massive BANG when it hit the pothole, so it is going to cause damage. Generally, I do not think patching up Dean Row Road is sufficient. I needs fully resurfacing urgently.

Dean Row Road after the bridge on the left hand side towards Summerfields, 21st April
The pothole is very large and deep, dangerous for cars and cyclists. The whole of the Summerfield area on Dean Row Road is worn and full of cracks. It needs resurfacing and not patching as the potholes reappear a few months later.

Just before traffic lights for summerfields village shops by villas entrance, 19th April
Yesterday, 18th April, work was done to fill the potholes on dean row road. It is a shoddy job, some are filled, some partially filled and some not filled at all. These 3 are potential tyre shredders right on the driving line. Please send someone to inspect and do a thorough job, road is still in a very poor state overall

Dean row road, 19th April
There are approx 30 potholes along Dean Row Road between Grason Avenue and the Summerfields roundabout. Some of them are huge and getting bigger. Some have previously being poorly filled. I hit one whilst on my bike as couldn't avoid it due to cars. Somehow I stayed upright but these potholes are accidents waiting to happen.
