There are several potholes. These have been here for months but have worsened due to the recent weather. This is most of the way up gird lane but particularly bad after property The Oakes/cattery and before property Far Away. The tarmac has come away in multiple areas and there are now rocks/debris partially filling the holes in the road making it very uneven and difficult to drive on to reach our property.

Bridleway 148M severely eroded, 2nd August
Bridleway 148M below/west of Capstone has been eroding massively with each recent rainstorm. Compared to just a year ago when it had a good, easily cycle-able surface, it has now eroded to bare slab in one place with ruts and large loose stone elsewhere. This is a very useful route which should be protected from further damage and repaired when possible. Drainage needs improving and replacement surfacing.

Despite numerous reports to DCC this important way (part of National Cycle Route 68, Pennine Cycleway) is now inaccessible without deep waders due to huge, deep full-width craters filled with water. Yet this would not take much to fix with basic stone resurfacing. Please could you action this ASAP, as the surface is now dangerous and has the potential to cause serious injury if people try to cross the puddles/lakes? Thank you!
