FIXMYSTREET IN SK10 4AY
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of SK10 4AY:
Pavement outside new housing development, 24th April
The footpath is impassable due to surface damage. I have reported this issue twice in the last year and nothing has been done. Pedestrians with walking sticks, wheelchairs, pushchairs have to use the road. I was informed that the builders would grade the surface to make it safe, this has never been done.

On the left hand side of the road coming from bonis hall lane, 16th April
Extremely large submerged pothole on this road in multiple places. Filled with water. Dangerous to avoid as you have to go into the middle of the road. There are traffic cones floating in the water, again making this dangerous to pass!

Thornlea, Oak Road, Mottram St Andrew, SK10 4RA, 16th April
There is a blocked drain outside my property which is fully blocked and creating a flood all the way up to the house. With the heavy rainfall recently, a lot of silt has blocked it up and flooding is frequent. Please could this be investigated? Recent property acquisition but property has been unoccupied for a few years, so likely a recurring issue that has gone untreated for some time.
Thanks

Large, deep, pothole at the side of road heading towards the traffic lights, just before the bridge., 15th April
Large, deep, pothole at the side of road heading towards the traffic lights, just before the bridge. The entire carriageway is also falling away into the field in the same location. Bollards have been put at the location of the falling away - they have been there for some time not sure if CEC put them there. Both the pothole and carriageway issues pose a serious hazard as folk who use this road on a regular basis swerve into the middle of the road. This is extremely dangerous given the compromised visabilty due to the curve of the carriageway by the bridge

Castle hill and down into property, 7th April
Reported this yesterday to United utilities as the leak is up on castle hill, however it is now flooding my property at the bottom of the hill with the additional rain water too. We have had surveys done and sent them to council as the pipe running outside is broken however the council have been of no assistance. The number for yesterdays report is 05550775. This is an urgent matter and needs sorting. I can’t have access blocked, we are an elderly couple with issues and we need access and when it’s flooding constantly we can’t. How many times do we need to report this to get a response and the issue fixed considering that we have proved to you that there is broken pipe work under the footpath?
