Middlewood Way, at the top of the ramp/steps immediately to the east of the bridge over the Silk Road, 27th April
There are two rungs missing from the wooden fence beside the ramp. Immediately through the fence is the 45 degree bridge abutment down to the Silk Road. A child could easily fall through here and down onto the dual carriageway ( it was actually my 5 year old daughter who spotted as she walked past).

A patch of road between 52 and 54 fence Avenue, 24th April
The road surface has been worn away by the road sweeper from David Wilson Holes. This has left a patch of tarmac from historical road works raised proud almost like a speed hump. The road work tarmac stretches from one side of the road to the other numbered (1) in the picture. As vehicle drive over this it is a hump in the road and it is causing our house to shake. When a van or truck hits it it shakes out house so much it wakes me and my family up it is so ferocious

Outside Puss Bank School, 23rd April
Puss Bank School is on Barracks Lane which is a one way street. However, in previous years the one way signage that was in place as vehicles come out of the school has been removed and the road markings have faded to the point that they are barely visible. On a daily basis cars are coming out of the school and going the wrong way, or are using the entrance to the school as a turning circle to exit on to Buxton Road in the wrong direction. There have been so many near misses where cars are entering from the correct direction and facing an oncoming vehicle which is coming the wrong way. Something really needs to be done to make the road markings and signage more visible. This has been reported in the past and nothing has been done. Surely road safety directly outside a school should be a priority?
