A10 stretch from Sun Hill to Layston Park SG8, 8th April
In the last two months (March & April 2024) there has been two closures of the A10 controlled by temporary ATS. UK Power Networks and Affinity Water are the utility companies who have closed the road. On completion of the work they have not cleared the road way which is covered in small pieces of debris and stones.

Speed limit signs, 7th April
It’s about time HCC got their act together and sorted out the “new” 40mph speed limit signs just beyond McDonald’s on Baldock Road. If you come down from Therfield, you do not go past any signs telling you you are in a 40mph zone, as they don’t exist, and even travelling along Baldock Road towards Royston, there are no repeater signs until you nearly get to the entrance to the Heath!

Badly parked car on the just behind the bend, 3rd April
The car is parked just out of site round the bend as you drive from Shelley Close to Scott Close, which is dangerous to drivers coming round the bend. It is parked opposite other parked cars as well which creates a narrow gap for others to drive through

Potholes and road surface, 15th March
This area has significantly deteriorated, has several patches already and now needs 3 more at least. this area has suffered for several years due from when the road was resurfaced /dressed but possibly not compacted enough. there is asimilar area outside kja junior school before poplar drive still on hte west bound side.

The new 40/national speed limit signs are in the wrong place. As they currently stand, coming down from Therfield at the National Speed Limit and turning right into Royston, you don't pass the 40mph sign. Please reposition.
