Road is sinking, 14th October
Part or road before you enter the roundabout (part of b1042) Road has sunken deeply sonif you we're.to swere you could easily cause an accident or skid. It catches your tyres. It's on both sides in the road. You can see long cracks where it's subsiding quite deeply. I use road for work and seen a few cars now appear to swerve because of the uneven road. With the bad weather I'm dreading it. Its in both directions. As you come off the roundabout heading towards sandy then heading to Arrington round about 3/4 miles before it. Please save a life and repair it.

Complete resurfacing needed, 13th November
This road is a joke. There are huge dips forming in the road which can't safely be taken at the speed limit or even 20mph below it. Potholes mean people swerve across the road towards oncoming traffic. Please resolve this ASAP.

Massive pothole (with a traffic cone in it), 22nd April
Pothole has been steadily growing for 24 months and is now large enough for a traffic cone to sit in it with only a few inches poking out of the top.

Subsidence, potholes dangerous for cyclists and motorclists in particular, 17th August
This entire lane (Toll Bar Lane??) is rutted and full of deep potholes along its entire length. In addition, the road from the small bridge in the lane to the B1042 shows significant subsidence and potholes. This is a single track road that requires one vehicle to pull on to the verge to allow another to pass, there is a possibility of damaging vehicles and wheels especially in the dark and/or if the potholes are full of water and cannot be seen.

Pot hole (large) causing road to sink due to water standing in it and along the road. (Can take a photo)), 9th May
Pot hole outside is so large, it is causing cars to swerve into oncoming traffic, it has been marked with yellow lines but now this has gone as the hole has got so large it has broken off the lines. Pot hole estimated 6" deep.
When it is full of water, drivers cant see it and they are hitting it at night waking us up with the noise..
The water is now standing building up as the road is started to subside and water is coming over the road.
Please help! There is going to be an accident as we hear the cars break as the traffic swerves into the on coming traffic.

Large Crack & Distortion, 10th November
Both patches in Cambridge Road have cracked & road surface has distorted. This is due to progressive failure of embankment & geotechnical advice should be sought on permanenet remedial measures.

Wide Crack, 10th November
The shallow embankement is failing resulting in a large crack between edge of aspalt & wide concrete edging. Geotechnical engineers should be consulted on remedial measures as no good just filing in crack.

Essentially the full length of mill lane, 24th January
This lane has always been a trifle uneven, but it's in a terrible state at the moment. At the pinpointed location last years repairs have failed to stop entropy, and basically there is now a pophole and debris across the full width of the lane.
The whole lane appears to have 'collapsed' north bound with there being a definite uneven ridge running the for large portions of the lane.
