Serious flooding and damage to the entire stretch of road and verges on Raffin Green Lane, 4th March
Please can you help. This problem has been present for many months now. The drainage down Raffin Green Lane to the main A602 junction at Hooks Cross is simply not working. The roadside and verges are clogged and damaged. At times the road is impassable when 2 cars approach.

Potholes on the back roads from Watton at Stone to Datchworth, 2nd March
Multiple deep potholes all the way from Watton at Stone to Datchworth and further along to Woolmer green. At the side of the road and some in the middle of the road. When it’s raining it’s hard to spot them and nearly put a tyre out recently! Also very narrow lanes when there’s traffic in both directions so avoid them.

Hedge growing into road, making vision on bend difficult, 2nd February
Bramfield Road at Bulls Green, junction of Burnham Green Road. Hedge/bushes are growing into the road. Even worse when in leaf. Traffic has to go wide on the bend but the hedge obscures view until you are out in the middle of the road. Difficult spot as also on the junction. Could do with trimming back whilst still without greenery. (NB: this is on left when coming from Datchworth)

Deep pot hole edge of road, 20th September
Edge of tarmac has washed away leaving a nasty pothole. One unfortunate motorist has already suffered a damaged wheel. Urgently needs attention. This is located a 100 yards or so after the last house on the left as you come from Datchworth towards Watton, adjacent to the first field on left.

Street light not working, 16th September
This has been reported several times from other neighbours. The lampost was moved to a different place but has never been made active. We have now had 2 break ins in the street and having a street light lit will provide security and hopefully prevent more crime activity to a street that is normally quiet.

Hedge leading to council garages overgrown, 6th August
The entrance to the council owned garages next to 5 Bridge Road is very overgrown and is scratching my car. It is the hedge on the right as you look at the photos. There are brambles and sharp branches/twigs. It is a real ordeal having to squeeze my car down there to access my garage.
