The road gulley is largely blocked and has been for many years. Water does not flow away quickly enough and builds up in the road. It has been raining all day and now the water has flooded half way across the road, which is already narrow. I reported this problem some years ago and received a response some months later to say it was resolved, but it has not been. Further investigations are probably required to remove the blockage.

At the entrance to the service road along Hitchin Road, 29th April
This bollard has been previously reported - about a year ago - as snapped but nothing was done to repair it. It has now been almost pushed to the ground to the point it is dangerous and could well fall causing damage to anyone passing. Please visit and assess - rather than a drive past assess.

Churchill way l, old bridge way, 27th April
This road is atrocious! Whilst I understand the council don town the road??? Well perhaps the council should make who does accountable. It’s dangerous and will cause an accident and damage cars. People swerving all over the road to avoid the foot deep holes in the road. Someone is going to have a head on. Many cars have been reported to have been damaged along this road. I urge you to look into this road and ‘encourage’ who does own the road to repair it or CPO the streets of they can’t maintain them. It’s awful and shocking that it’s been allowed to get this dangerous.

When the road was resurfaced about 6 months ago no edging was put in place and the pavement is breaking up.

This road is dreadful! I drive slowly and try to avoid the potholes here every day but today there was oncoming traffic so was unable to move, which has resulted in a blow out and a cost of £160! Who do I contact to get reimbursed? I can see this road has been reported a number of times already.

By the school sign as you turn left out of church street on the Stanford, 15th April
Road. This is a very deep wide pot hole in the middle of the road. It has been there for weeks and has the potential to do damage to a car but worse at night could throw a motorbike driver causing serious injury.

Large square area of previously repaired road now breaking up, very large. Having to drive out in middle of road when passing making it a hazard. A cyclist would have to go past this giving it a very wide berth
