Flytipped mattress, 24th March
This mattress has been left right in the middle of Hertford Town centre, at the junction of Dolphin Yard and Maidenhead Street. It is extremely unsightly and detracts from the appearance of the town centre. It has been there for some time and has not been removed despite various attempts to report it by nearby library staff.

The large planter that should be in the centre of Fore St, outside Peach and at what three words ///pans.fell.cracks
Was moved by the crew working on Market Place and now allows vans/cars to access the blocked off part of Fore St leading to Parliament Square.
The parked vehicles block the only Sustrans cycle route going through Hertford

Gravel and mud being brought into road from quarry. This gravel and mud is a hazard for motorists and cyclists, and is being washed downhill, likely to block drains under old railway bridge, increasing risk of flood. Already floods easily.

Slippery Thick mud covering pavement, 3rd March
From the junction with mangrove drive North along the front of Limzi Grove, the payment along mangrove Road is covered with thick slippery mud from the uncleared leaf fall. The reduced pavement width makes people step into the road which is extremely dangerous. This might has been present for well over a year but it's gradually getting worse as more leaves fall and get trodden into the mess.

Picture frame broken into plastic sheet on floor, 26th February
One of the picture frames in the subway has been forced open the poster taken and the plastic front panel left on the floor. Not yet broken but can’t be replaced in frame without undoing the frame.

Marshgate Drive double yellow parking enforcement, 24th February
It appears that the parking restriction at the river end of Marshgate Drive are not being enforced, if the double yellow lines no longer apply on this adopted road can the road markings be amended so that all drivers can utilise the parking, not just the flat dwellers or others in the know.
