Loose manhole cover, 4th April
Between 34 and 15 Lilbourne Drive, Hertford. W3W sweat.banans.fans. Manhole cover (single) is loose and rocking in its setting. Every time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud clanking noise. This is a noise nuisance and is disturbing residents. It has been like this for several weeks.

Flytipped mattress, 24th March
This mattress has been left right in the middle of Hertford Town centre, at the junction of Dolphin Yard and Maidenhead Street. It is extremely unsightly and detracts from the appearance of the town centre. It has been there for some time and has not been removed despite various attempts to report it by nearby library staff.

Flytipping not removed, 21st March

Dead tree, 14th March
I have a dead tree close to my property on council land, they normally stay a red dot on the dead ones then they get removed. This has been dead about three years and because it has a few bushes near the base they obviously can’t be bothered to get near enough to it to mark it.

Access allowed to blocked off road and parking blocks Sustrans 61, 13th March
The large planter that should be in the centre of Fore St, outside Peach and at what three words ///pans.fell.cracks
Was moved by the crew working on Market Place and now allows vans/cars to access the blocked off part of Fore St leading to Parliament Square.
The parked vehicles block the only Sustrans cycle route going through Hertford

Slippery Thick mud covering pavement, 3rd March
From the junction with mangrove drive North along the front of Limzi Grove, the payment along mangrove Road is covered with thick slippery mud from the uncleared leaf fall. The reduced pavement width makes people step into the road which is extremely dangerous. This might has been present for well over a year but it's gradually getting worse as more leaves fall and get trodden into the mess.
