Good Morning Due to the block of flats on southern hay next to Basildon Easgate, people who love there are blocking the entrance for delivery drivers but also there are people in the building I.e. I work at new look for eastgate and this is a health and safety risk. The land outside the centre is owned by the council. This keeps happening on a daily basis but they will generally be gone Monday to Froday to go to work after 9ish
