Vehicle keeps being parked for days on double yellow lines on St Andrews Road outside the vets or dentist within a couple of metres of the junction of Richmond Avenue and St Andrews Road, it's making it dangerous for cars and pedestrians due to visibility at the junction, this is a major junction especially for families with a primary school being on Richmond Avenue.
