Water not going down drain, 10th January
The drain which is outside the school is not working as water runs past the drain and goes across the road down on otherside of road this morning a car had a job to go up past the school as it was frozen all over the road the drain is not any use as the water goes past it and doesn't divert into the drain and one other drain is not working this has been going on for years and nothing seems to be done to sort the problem out . As it's outside a school aswell.

Low cable across Highway, 6th January
A telephone cable has become detached from pole in recent storms and is now hanging down only 2m above roadway. I would consider this fault as urgent, as any large SUV or lorry, particularly with roof rack, will pull cable down completely.

Large pothole - that's a large greyhound in the photo for size comparison. Extent of it was hidden by the puddle of water. Potentially costly if a car wheel went INTO it and very dangerous for cyclists.
