This whole lane is worn out and needs resurfacing, but unless the water leak up the road is fixed it will continue to cause the carriage way to break up

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3437117.
This has been a problem for 5 years & been reported by many people. It is a nuisance to pedestrians & potential dangerous for cyclists in Winchester Street.
So that will be 7 years now. . . This site is a waste of time. Hants Council just close the problem without remedial action.

Dreadful road surface at many points in Mill Lane between Netherhill Lane and Calcot Lane. Many many potholes and tarmac road surface missing for many square Metres. By far the worse road condition ever encountered in 60 years of driving experience!
