A pit hole on the road heading in direction Winchester to Stockbridge, approximately at the position shown., 15th March
The hole is on the left hand side of the carriageway heading from Winchester towards Stockbridge. It is within 200m of the location I have marked & has been in place for 3+ weeks and is not repaired or marked by the Council in any way. It is deep & damages tyres & wheels. In the dark & particularly when oncoming traffic is in the other lane of the road, it is not possible to avoid the pothole.

Large pothole, 2nd April
Large pothole on side of road coming into the college after turning in trying to pick up speed but as there is a pothole you have to slow down and swerve the pothole so it is a risk to the car owner and other road users.

Signpost broken/rusted off, 11th April
Signpost for ‘Unsuitable for motor vehicles’ blue sign broken off at base, rusted through. Dangerous as very heavy and could fall on a child. Could a ‘No through’ or ‘Dead End’ sign also be added above on same post? There’s no access beyond the third house and sometimes cars/vans speed along coming to a halt as they can’t get anywhere!

Pothole has been there for about 1 month and is now a single long hole, getting bigger every day. This hole was ignored by the road menders who patched up Woodman Lane in Sparsholt last week!

Deep pothole on west edge of road, just touching the edge white line, 7th June
The pothole is on the inside of the first corner after the Sparsholt College turning, going to Stockbridge. The road at this point narrows very slightly and I inadvertently hit the pothole when a car coming the other way occupied more that its share of the road. It is long and deep with sharp edges, and the impact holed both my nearside tyres.

Deep pothole on the corner of Main Road Littleton and Stoctockbridge Road Weeke, 20th February
This pothole is not only damaging for car wheels but must be very dangerous for cyclists, especially at night when riders are looking up and down Stockbridge Road ready to join it and may not notice the hole.

A series of large deep vehicle damaging potholes along the verge of the westbound carriageway of Woodman Lane between the entrance of Lainston House and Lainston Farm., 14th January
The series of large deep potholes are a dangerous hazard to users of Woodman Lane heading in the direction of Sparsholt village. Located before a section of single track road, vehicles pulling over to allow oncoming vehicles to pass presents a real hazard of damaging the vehicle especially when concealed by water filling them.
