I know this pothole has been an on going issue over the last 6 months but we the residents of Newcastle Court are growing concerned about our wall… As more traffic moves across the road to avoid the hole the stone wall is starting to look like it’s moving / bludging & we do not want it to fall down. Also, we are loosing the verge. The pothole itself is getting a lot worse with heavy farm lorries & tractors & vehicles with trailers passing over it every day. Please can it now become a priority? Urgent -The ditch has fallen away and the road is eroding., 18th March
The ditch on this strip of road has a pipe that runs underneath it. The ditch has fallen away and the road under neath has eroded. If a big lorry attempted to drive over the road it would tip over due to the road giving way. This is very dangerous and needs attention straight away.

Surface of the road is becoming considerably degraded. Previous patching is breaking up leaving a volume of loose chippings in the road.

Exit to ditch blocked resulting in pot hole in the road, 2nd February
The ditch has become silted up so the outflow of the drain cannot run, this has caused the drain to collapse under the road, this was reported a year ago when the road collapsed into the broken drain. the pot hole was filled on top of the broken drain but as the water still has nowhere to go the pot hole has occurred again and now getting dangerous.

A previously repaired pothole has reappeared. On the road from Newcastle on Clun heading towards Brook House. Situated approx.outside Folly Brook House. I believe this could cause serious damage to a vehicle.

Light on all night - very intrusive - too bright, 4th December
The light is on from dusk till dawn and shines directly into our house/ bedroom. Can the light be put on a timer and the light shaded to focus on the lane. The photos were taken at 16.30. We have lost our wonderful dark night skies.

Customer has always cut this verge, 15th September
Please can we get someone out to keep the grass cut "The old Mill Race" it is called. Customer has always kept it cut back but can no longer do this. They have just paid £150 for someone to cut it back. The whole area needs tidying up. If you could go out and have a look and contact the customer regarding this.

Stones and mud were washed from adjacent fields during heavy rain. This debris is a skid risk and will also damage the recently laid Road surface.

Road surface in very poor condition, 25th May
The whole length of the road from the marked pin to Crossways (a couple of km) is badly deteriorated with numerous potholes and general surface degradation. I've reported this on several occasion with no result.

Carriageway in poor state, 22nd March
Customer reported that the lane off the B4368 towards Chapel Farm is in a really bad state as soon as you turn straight onto it off the main road. She asked if someone could come to investigate this asap.
