Pot hole getting a lot worse, 18th March
I know this pothole has been an on going issue over the last 6 months but we the residents of Newcastle Court are growing concerned about our wall… As more traffic moves across the road to avoid the hole the stone wall is starting to look like it’s moving / bludging & we do not want it to fall down. Also, we are loosing the verge. The pothole itself is getting a lot worse with heavy farm lorries & tractors & vehicles with trailers passing over it every day. Please can it now become a priority? Urgent -The ditch has fallen away and the road is eroding., 18th March
The ditch on this strip of road has a pipe that runs underneath it. The ditch has fallen away and the road under neath has eroded. If a big lorry attempted to drive over the road it would tip over due to the road giving way. This is very dangerous and needs attention straight away.

Ongoing problem at Cwm Farm, 6th March
I have had to pay someone to come and allow us to get across bridge to feed livestock and also a delivery driver got stuck as unable to pass. I do not feel this is acceptable as I reported it well over 3 weeks ago Very disappointed and out of pocket!

The road from Coed yr Hendre towards Cwm and up past Bryn Bedwt, 15th February
This road surface is in such a state of disrepair all the way up from coed yr Hendre to above Bryn Bedw I cannot remember how many tyres myself and my family have had to buy over the last 12 months. lasy weel a stock trailer got stuck with animals in it die the extremely large areas of uneven and large holes ( holes doesnt describe it) I have previously reported this and am aware that many roads are bad but when driving a car and not a 4 wheel drive vehicle it is causing damage to our cars. My commute is dire whether via clun or coed yr Hendre

Exit to ditch blocked resulting in pot hole in the road, 2nd February
The ditch has become silted up so the outflow of the drain cannot run, this has caused the drain to collapse under the road, this was reported a year ago when the road collapsed into the broken drain. the pot hole was filled on top of the broken drain but as the water still has nowhere to go the pot hole has occurred again and now getting dangerous.

Steep top end of single track Hongrass Lane potholed and surface badly graded. Multiple potholes and edges of long sections of the lower half are crumbling. No tar spray and chippings have been applied in over 25 years!

Severe,deep flooding at bottom of lane, 15th January
I have lived here for 40 years and this problem has still not been fixed. Whenever it rains,which it does more frequently now, the corner past Upper Duffryn as indicated on the map always floods. It is so deceptive that people who are not familiar with the problem will drive through it with severe consequences. One of my students did just that at the end of a weeks course, keen to get home to Yorkshire, but did not get beyond the bottom of the lane. Her car was written off and she was in a very desperate state. This is just on eof so many tales you could be told and I am sure that youhave over the years. Please in the first instance provide a level gage so people can at least make a judgement and THEN PLEASE DO SOMETHING LONG TERM. We have many elderly folk up the lane, if ambulances were called out they too would have problems. IT NEEDS TO BE SORTED

Regular flooding, 10th January
Whenever there is heavy rain this is how the road looks. It is deep enough to ruin most cars - including SUV. It becomes impassable - sometimes for several days. There are some extremely vulnerable people living above this, with health problems. Emergency vehicles would have to fond a much longer way round, which would dally help in an emergency. Many cars have been stranded there over the years, Measures taken when this flooding occurs have never been effective. It needs a serious look - together with Parish councillor reps to consider a solution. At the very least there needs to be some sort of measure erected, which will show the depth of the flood. This has been an issue for the living memories of all local residents - and the problem is becoming more frequent with increased rainfall in recent years.

Light on all night - very intrusive - too bright, 4th December
The light is on from dusk till dawn and shines directly into our house/ bedroom. Can the light be put on a timer and the light shaded to focus on the lane. The photos were taken at 16.30. We have lost our wonderful dark night skies.
