Road in a terrible state, 9th April
This road is in a terrible state and it is the whole length of the road, there is so many potholes/ craters, flooding on this road, verges are destroyed due to large lorry's/ tractors travailing down this road. there was works carried out a few weeks ago on this road fixing potholes but this was not done properly. please can this be road be looked at and resurfaced properly.

Pothole on blind bend, 9th April
There is a significant pothole appearing on the easterly side of this blind bend which forces cars onto the other side of the road. This is a narrow road and so is dangerous to oncomming traffic.

This is on a good day, normally flooded across lane, 6th April
This has flooded all winter due to broken pipe under lane as rodding has been attempted and unsucessful due to blockage. There is no verge just a deep hole where the drain is, very dangerous as on school bus route right on the junction.....who is liable when the bus ends up in the ditch!!? Farmers have cleared ditch but still no drain off.

Step daughter has damaged 2 link bars on this pothole when she drove from Smethcott to Walkmills on Sunday 26th March.

Massive multiple pot holes that are at least 10cm deep, these will cause massive issues for cars especially when filled with water and cannot be seen as pot holes.

Road is almost impossible to navigate in a family car., 20th March
The potholes are causing massive problems to get down this narrow lane in a family car. The debris in the middle of the road has caused a solid lump which is compounding the problem and we quite regularly scrape the bottom of the car. Last autumn this damaged the wire underneath and all electrics failed on the A49, I really don't want a repeat of this incident!
Issues have been reported for a long time now, please do a proper repair on this stretch of road. Four new tyres today. Problems with suspensions in both of our cars. Dangerous, bad for the environment and super expensive.

Potholes along the carriageway both sides of the road with debris in the middle., 20th March
The potholes are causing massive problems to get down this narrow lane in a family car. The debris in the middle of the road has caused a solid lump which is compounding the problem and we quite regularly scrape the bottom of the car. Very large pot hole, 2-3 foot diameter, very deep., 19th March
URGENT Very large 2-3 foot diameter pothole, very deep. I have seen at least 3 vehicles that have pulled over on road side with either punctures or vehicle damage from this pothole!

Blocked Brook, 19th March
Ref: 14127256 I have repeatedly called Grace Laird about these issues and I have still not received a reply? I have made numerous calls to get an update with no response. I have asked to escalate my enquiry. No response. What is going on? The issues with the Brook blocking remain the same, my driveway has been flooded numerous times and our garden has been destroyed. I cannot clear up the mess until the issues with the blockage a resolved. Will someone please answer?

6inch deep pot hole and edge of road erosion, 14th March
Pot holes and road erosion have been marked up once but that has weathered away and holes are getting bigger. Main school route into Longnor village so a lot of traffic using route also vineyard cottages cup de sac road erosion due to school traffic turning.
