Blocked drain that is not draining., 17th April
Blocked drains that caused standing water when it rains, it also smells very horrible. It never seems to empty and is always full which is dreadful when it rains. Needs to be unblocked soon please.

URGENT Deep potholes, 9th April
Thank you for fixing some potholes recently. However more, very deep holes have developed causing parts of the road surface to lift between The Orchard and the cattle grid. As the road is so narrow, cars cannot avoid them. Thank you.

Been there for months anything over couple miles per hour could cause serious damage especially when rain has collected and they are submerged. Anyone not used to travelling this stretch is in for a shock. Note already reported and nothing done. Also note been filled before and now far worse than ever. Do it properly when you do it!!!!

Blocked drain, 19th March
Blocked for months we have tried to unclog it with a large broom handle to no avail. I have put some bricks around to stop more leaves and rubble going in.

Pole installed 07/03/2024 leaning into road, 8th March
This pole was installed 7/3/24. It was not vertical as shown by photograph. On closer inspection the pole and concrete it was affixed to rock at its base, the whole structure is not stable in the bank and is leaning towards the highway. This pole was installed to take a flashing vehicle speed sign but i am concerned that if the equipment is fixed the whole structure will crash onto the highway.

Rapid deterioration of unattended potholes, 20th February
URGENT Please repair these terrible potholes ASAP. Cars are having to drive up the bank to avoid deep holes, before too long the holes on either side of the already narrow lane will meet in the middle.

Very large potholes/underground spring, 19th February
Very large pothole on right handside of track which is adjacent to an underground spring pothole that has been previously filled by the Council but has burst through again - continuous stream of water running down the lane causing more problems. The two potholes now mean motorists are going on to the verge to avoid. Potentially dangerous situation.

Carriageway pothole and erosion at the bottom of Dead Man’s Hollow, 10th February
Large carriageway erosion on the bend of Dead Man’s Hollow. Road from the crossroads through Dead Man’s Hollow and on towards Mynderley has lots of large potholes forming on carriageway due to storm damage over the recent months.

Large surface pothole at the cross roads and white line markings missing, 10th February
This surface pothole is being rapidly eroded at the cross roads by the amount of water that has been running down the road in the winter storms. The white line markings at the cross road also worn away, potential for accidents as unfamiliar drivers don’t know who has right of way.
