There is not sufficient time allowed for an able bodied person to cross the pedestrian crossing, Mardol to Victoria Quays. A person with disabilities has no chance at this crossing. Also the light sequencing is biased against pedestrians. It is an age from pressing the crossing button to being able to cross. If you are trying to make the town centre pedestrian friendly this need addressing.

Slab that is part of the footpath, 28th April
The slab in question is next to the downpipe on the corner of the Roger Parry building. It is not noticable when walking away from Welsh bridge, and turn the corner towards Frankwell car park. Not only is it a trip hazard, it also rocks when you step on it.

Despite providing doggy bags outside the house, dog owners still leave the poo. I'm intimidated by this and find it very upsetting.

The drain has been filled up with hardcore which looks to have been swept up into it following 4 dumpy bags of hardcore having been delivered on the road (Woodfield Avenue) this morning 25/4/24.

Several deep potholes on this junction, which have been repaired badly on several occasions. Why aren't potholes being repaired properly at the first time of asking? This incompetance is costing the tax payer a huge amount of unneccessary expense. These potholes will cause damage to car wheels and are highly dangerous to the cyclists who use the route to the tenis and bowling clubs.

Requesting that under the bridge on Castle Foregate is cleaned regularly due to fall, 26th April
Customer reporting that she has slipped on dog mess under the bridge on Monday causing damage to herself. She has been back and says the area looks a bit cleaner than it did on Monday but would like to request that the area is cleaned more regular before another person is injured

Tree planting, 24th April
Not so much of a problem now but could be in the future. There are two new beech trees that have been planted at this site. A man and a lady planted them a couple of weeks ago. Are the council aware of them as they seem rather close to the road and will actually spoil the line of lime trees along this grass verge. While I am all for planting new trees I did wonder if these have been planted without your knowledge. Please confirm you are aware. Thanks (These are on the grass opposite Willow Place junction)
