Large expanse of gravel running on to road, 4th January
A huge amount of gravel is continually being washed from the farm track opposite the halls of residence onto the B4572. This is making it difficult to negotiate the road safely, can cause vehicle damage or they can be thrown up and injure pedestrians. It will also damage the road surface significantly. This is a an area stretching at least 30-40 metres. A long term solution is necessary.

Massive pot hole, 27th September
This is a serious pot hole which is very dangerous as you have to negotiate around it which is hard to do when there's a wall to one side of it and a parked car opposite which always seems to be there

Faulty street lights x2, 12th September
Two street lights are not working close to eachother, one outside 79/80 Rhoshendre and one outside 75/76 Rhoshendre. It makes walking at night very dark in this area. Grateful if these lights could be fixed. Many thanks.

Road signs unclear causing aggressive driving, 6th March
The signs state to give priority to oncoming traffic are treated like a "whoever gets there first wins" race.
This leads to agressive driving, speeding and road rage in what is supposed to be a traffic calming measure.
Please can you alter the signage or the road layout to minimise confrontation with agressive drivers.

Moss on pathways, 10th November
As you can see from attached photo,slippery mossy footpaths are becoming more & more dangerous,slipped & fell walking home down the path & steps that were covered in moss it's a continuing problem on brynrheidol estate! Resulting in injury to oneself & damage to clothing,how long before serious head injury or worse the steps aren't the best during daylight even worse at night as they aren't well lit.

Overgrown hedges blocking pavement on busy road, 1st November
Hedges are growing over the pavement on this stretch of a very busy road. The hedges also overhang almost completely over the pavement at around head height, often with thorny creepers depending on the time of year. They overgrown onto the pavement so much that pedestrians are forced onto the road in order to get past (near a blind corner that's also obscured by the hedge). Even if the council/hedge owner was to cut off the overhanging part, the pavement is less than half the width here compared to other nearby areas. There is CONSIDERABLE encroachment onto this public right of way. There is no way a person with a wheelchair could use the pavement safely here.

Bushes blocking pathway, 21st October
There are bushes at the entrance to Maesmawr which desperately need cutting back as they block the way, very bad for families, including myself walking with a pram.

Car has been dumped here since February, 31st May
This car has been dumped in this location since the start of February. It hasn’t moved, no one has been to check it and it is stopping the houses around to use this area as additional parking for themselves

BT manhole making thumping noise when cars drive over it, 18th May
Last week two Openreach vans arrived and one of the engineers started hitting the manhole with a heavy hammer. They then left without explanation. Since then, the manhole has been making a loud thumping noise when traffic drives over it. An engineer has been once, but did not rectify the problem.

No footpath, 9th February
There is no footpath on the main road near Heol y Bont next to Padarn Lane, Llanbadarn Fawr so pedestrians have to walk on the main road with very busy traffic in order to adjoin the closest pavement, because there are bariers in front of the houses there, this is a serious fault and needs to be addressed asap as many school children use this pavement to walk from secondary school such as penweddig home to Penparcau/ Maes Mawr etc

Dog fouling, 9th February
People seem to think that public grass areas are public toilets for their dogs,lazy dog walkers,constantly allowing fouling with NO attempts to pick up & bag,it's disgusting especially on warm days when you can smell it everywhere but also a hazard for children wanting to go out & play.next time I'll photograph name & shame!!

Awful road surface, 21st October
The road surface up to and through the Ford in this location is in a really terrible condition. It is getting progressively worse and is causing damage to vehicles passing though. It is a very busy road and the condition of the surface is terrible.
