Subsidence, 8th April
Between Lower Farm and Old Hall entrances the carriageway has sunk forming a central ridge which is worst by the pin on the map. The ridge is so bad as to catch the underside of my car. the problem has been there at least 1 month and is getting worse due to the wet weather.

Verge being eroded and road surface breaking up due to large vehicles outside Cedar View, 28th February
Tractors are driving on the verge and the road surface is breaking up at the edge. There is a concrete retaining wall that is going to get damaged before long due to this. Also there is a lot of mud on the road from the vehicles and damage is slowly being caused to a grid in the road which has started to sink

Salt bin on the grass for the turning into Welsh view Welshampton, 11th January
The salt bin on the grass as you turn into Welsh view need emptying and refilled with fresh grit. The grit that is in the bin currently isn’t fit for purpose. With the freezing weather and snow forecast for next week we ideally need this sorting ASAP. The roads and paths in Welsh view get extremely bad and causes issues for the residents that have to go to work/school. If this can be sorted ASAP that would be perfect thank you.

Lane flooded, 5th January
This lane has been experiencing high levels of flooding since October/November which it never used to experience before. It is used as a voluntary one way system for the school to avoid traffic congestion and safety issues in Stocks Lane, but is now impassable for some vehicles and is causing issues on Stocks Lane.

There is dangerous damage to a drain cover that could result in a significant injury if someone stepped on it. Half the cover has broken and collapsed into the drain.
It is situated between the junction at the bottom of Copes Lane and the lane leading to Hawthorn House.
