Several potholes that were patched a few months ago have reappeared. The contractors at the time told me that the road needs fully resurfacing properly., 25th April

There is limited parking as it is without cars being abandoned and dumped in the street. It is parked near a disabled ladies house making it difficult to park when taking her out shopping

Overgrown shrubs, 23rd April
This morning on my way to work I fell and have injured my hands and knees. My foot had got caught on overgrown twine like shrubs growing from the side of the path. As I walk down to where the entrance to the college/leisure centre is it is really overgrown there too. If someone is walking towards you one person always has to walk in the road as only 1 person can fit on the path. This morning was very dangerous where I fell just opposite the care home down from the highway man but on the opposite side of the road, I could of been worse if I would have fallen in to the road. My legs have been so sore today from the fall and my hand was bleeding from the cut I had.please can this be looked at ASAP.

6 Wheelie bins dumped, 18th April
Have noticed that there are 6 wheelie bins on the roadside just before plas Flynnon doctors that are not in use by other properties and have been there for quite a while , please could you organise to have them removed as not only are they an eyesore they are being used by passers byes walking their dogs to put the poo bags in , Hope you can have them removed asap as with warmer weather coming they are going to start to smell and have flies gathering there Many thanks

Section of carriageway has sunk leaving a very uneven road surface, 18th April
In upper Brook street Oswestry outside textile express and on the approach to the main traffic lights, the road surface has sunk resulting in a crater which is becoming a bit of a hazard.

Dangerous road surface and pothole on junction, 17th April
This issue has been here for over 4 months all being caused by the heavy plant travelling back and to to the water construction site. Huge pothole on the junction off the main road onto minor road. The verge on the corner has been turfed up and hedge roots fallen over the road. The road sign has been ripped off and has fallen into the road. Loose chippings all over the junction. The road is falling away in the lay-by on the minor road just off the Junction. Passing places are covered in potholes. The main road on the junction, the road surface is coming away causing the beginning of potholes. This area is dangerous.

Blocked drainage holes in retaining walls, 17th April
The retaining wall has drainage holes which are full of mud,bottles & rubbish, they need cleaning out. With all the rain we have had recently there has been an issue with laying water not able to drain away. This was pointed out to myself recently by the Seven Trent waterboard when I had a problem with laying water in my garden.

Blocked culvert flooding the road, 17th April
Customer rang in to request a site visit from a technician ASAP as it looks like there is a blocked culvert underneath the road near the construction site off Broomhall Lane. The water is right across the road and is potentially undermining it, which will affect the ability of the larger delivery vehicles to get the materials to the site. He asked if someone could confirm when technician will be visiting the site, so he can ensure that either he or someone else in the team can be there to meet them and show the extent of the issue.
