Several potholes in section of carriageway between Swan Meadow and front of Brook House., 25th February
Potholes getting increasingly deeper, and heavy goods vehicles passing are now shaking the house. The whole stretch from kerb to about 1metre into the road does really need deep replacement all the way from Swan Meadow to where the kerb changes, as the surface is beginning to deteriorate badly and further damage will appear shortly.

Blocked drain and 'cut tree debris' on road, 23rd February
On Waen Lane from the main road to the tow path, the hedges have been 'cut', all the trees that have been cut, have not been cleared away, just left on the side of the road, making it difficult to drive (& pass other cars). There is also a blocked drain that has for months been overflowing onto the road. The owner of the field needs to take responsibility for this flooded lane

Dangerous unfenced deep slurry pool on right of way, 2nd February
On approaching the farm end of this lane from the west on the public right of way marked as the Wat's Dyke Way on OS maps, I plunged chest deep into an unmarked, unfenced slurry pool. There is a warning sign on approach from the lane itself but no indication of the hazard from the other end. Indeed, as you can see from the photos, the pool is virtually invisible, concealed by farm detritus and vegetation. This is extremely hazardous and needs urgent attention. I am a fit adult male; anyone smaller or less able could easily have drowned. The contents of this pool also appear to be moderately acidic/caustic as I felt a burning sensation afterwards wherever my skin had been exposed to the liquid. Despite being marked on OS maps, this right of way seems to have been dangerously neglected for some time, with vegetation and other obstacles almost blocking the route.
