Daily double parking, 14th May
All day everyday Dial House Road is full of double parked vehicles. I drive a fiat 500 and most days i have to turn around or reverse back onto the main road as there are several vehicle double parking. I understand people want to park near home but there is no consideration for emergency vehicles who would have no chance of getting through or reversing back. They would be completely stuck. This picture is from this evening at 7pm at the junction on Dial House Road and Owlings Road. The gap is actually a lot smaller than it looks and my small car had no chance of clearing this gap without scraping cars. It is also very unsafe to be reversing while all the cars are double parked. The worst times are between 5pm and 8am.

Rubbish bins permanently stored on pavement, 14th May
The neighbours no longer store their bins on the pavement. These bins get full of incorrect rubbish, encourage people to leave rubbish beside the bins and restrict the size of the pavement. It's been on going for months.

Pedestrian crossing with many potholes, 13th May
I am writing to bring to your attention the current state of the road at the pedestrian crossing, at the Burnaby Crescent/Grouse Croft. While the recent efforts to address a small patch of the road is appreciated, the majority of potholes remain unfixed, creating hazardous conditions for those crossing the road.
This section of the road is heavily utilized by pedestrians, including elderly individuals who rely on buses for transportation. The deteriorating condition of the crossing has been a longstanding issue, causing worry and difficulty for many residents, especially those with mobility challenges. Additionally, parents with young children in push chairs face obstacles when navigating this area, given its proximity to a primary school and a playground.
Given the high population density of this area, I urge the City Council to prioritize the comprehensive repair of the crossing to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated by the community.

Remove temp no waiting coned, 13th May
A month or so ago a number of no waiting cones appeared on Loxley Road jn Wisewood Ln, nothing else has happened, since then these coned have spread further and actichieve no obvious purpose, can they be removed?

Damaged verge, 8th May
This vehicle park's at this location every day/night and has been reported previously for bumping up none lowered kirb edgings driving across the pavement and parking on on the verge but parking services response was that they cannot enforce at this location as there is no parking restrictions for example yellow lines. With this in mind I would like this issue investigating by someone more senior or a different department of SCC as the actions of this motorist are unsafe,dangerous and are destroying the verge and the tree roots that the vehicle is being parked on.

Vehicle being driven across pavement, 8th May
The vehicle in the photo has been driven up a none lowered kirb and across a pavement unlawfully to gain access to a driveway. These actions have previously been reported by myself and investigated by SCC, a member of SCC has actually visited the business and made them aware that there action's are unlawfull. This photo was taken this morning so more action is needed by SCC as the company have obviously ignored the member of SCC that visited them.
