Big fly tip outside 2 Skipton Road, 28th April
Massive load of waste outside 2 Skipton Road. Needs clearing ASAP. Has broken glass in it and there are lots of kids in the area. Also seen at least one rat in the black bags - the smell awful, like rotten food!
