Rubbish on footpath, 6th February
As I walk my dogs having to keep throwing back on the pavement as in middle of road. Which is a hazard to traffic especially in the dark. Pile just getting bigger.

Van leaking oil on street which is flowing down road, 19th January
Van has been parked leaking oil on the street which is then being transferred onto the road by other motorists who are parked near by. Can has not moved for 2 weeks.

Fly tipping, 22nd October
Parts of bed thrown in greenery. Some on bank near layby. Behind no 48/50 Belmont drive and some up the path way on banking both sides behind no 56 drive. They just thrown in. The grass. Large to heavy for me to move. I'm a local litter picker and with a bad neck I can't move these items safely to a pile for you to collect. I've highlighted the path as layby easy to find. Thanks

Parking over a tactile dropped kerb, 3rd October
Outside the gate of 25 Netherthorpe Rd there is a tactile drop kerb. The residents of the above property persistently park their car over it making it unusable. This means I have to travel down the road on my mobility scooter which I shouldn't do and it is a danger. I have never seen the resident to ask them to refrain from parking there and I am unable to get to their door.

Bridge structure issues, 19th September
The issue relates to the underside of the bridge referenced M1//237.20. There are two points on the underside of the bridge (which is a tunnel pass for pedestrians and cyclists etc. on what is know as the Clowne greenway). Concrete has fallen leaving visible signs of what is now exposed reinforced concrete bars. Reporting so that this can be inspected correctly in the event it has not been identified already in any ongoing maintenance programme. I do have photos but there is no option to upload these so email me if you want them. Thanks.
