Northern Powergrid confirmed via telephone they don't have cables under this section and are not worried yet.

Banging Manhole Cover, 27th April
This manhole cover is outside the Durham Ox public house at 15 Cricket Inn Rd, Sheffield S2 5AR.
Every time a vehicle runs over it there is a loud banging noise which echoes all around the area. Especially in the early hours of the morning.

There are currently 2 places where rubbish has been flytipped on Pitsmoor Road: There are about 4 black bags of rubbish fairly close to where Pitsmoor Road crosses the railway, and 1 black bag further up Pitsmoor Road, about half way up the green space (Stanley Fields) next to the road.
