Large potholes, 9th April
A number of potholes on this road between pinfold lane and the old monkey pub on thurgoland hall lane - these are dangerous as filled with water and someone nearly hit me head on today trying to avoid them - road needs totally relaying

Ground sinking on carridgeway, 9th April
Large compression forming on carridgeway side of kerb. Resulting in a significant compression when accessing our private road (which is well maintained). This has resulted in damage to my cars splitter, washer hoses. I have reported this a year or so ago, no action has been taken. Simple job infilling with some tarmac, may need to re-set dropped kerb

Numerous large potholes, 28th March
Numerous potholes in and around the crossroads. As the roads are quite narrow these are unavoidable and have got considerably worse throughout the recent bad weather. Travelling from Huddersfield along Halifax Road after the crossroads on the left hand side of the road there are many potholes. The road here is in a terrible state.

Potholes x 7, 10th February
Several potholes in both sides of the road - just near the pedestrian refuge island. This makes it impossible for drivers to avoid the potholes as the tyres are in line with the holes. Also - cyclists and motorcycles are at great risk. Whilst Yorkshire water have recently resurfaced nearby - they didn’t extend to these potholes. Basically did the minimum.

Abandoned crumbling caravan, 10th February
A decrepid old caravan has been dumped in the lay-by. It’s preventing any vehicles from stopping in the la-by. There’s no number plate on the caravan and there’s bit of it hanging off. It’s been dumped.
