These traffic lights are not working properly, 3rd November
The lights are working on there own turning to red every few seconds, only letting 4/5 car through at a time. The Wait button is lighting up on it's own as soon as the lights turn green and then they turn red a few seconds later and that cycle happens every few seconds causing tail backs both ways on Hacton lane, Upminster.

Low hanging trees blocking lights, 18th August
Coming from Hornchurch towards the car park, the left hand side traffic lights are mostly obscured by low hanging branches. This is causing a danger to both pedestrians and motorists
