Around 15 inches pothole on M25, on the road exactly over Dennisses lane, 3rd May
Around 15 inches of what seems to be collapsed road surface by my opinion. There is road right under the this part of the road. I run through it with my car totally damaging my front drivers wheel and partially damaging my rear driver side wheel. I immediately pull at the side of the road and notice another more than 10 vehicles pulled there with the same issues from the same pothole.

Too many potholes, nearly 1-2 miles long and all over the road., 8th February
Start from - Aveley Road ( bramble lane ) to till velminster cottage ( Romford Road)
Dear Council Members,
I am writing to inform you about the issue of potholes on the road over the last month. Potholes have been a major issue, causing traffic delays and a hazardous driving environment.
To address the issue of potholes on the road, I recommend the following solutions:
1. Increase the budget for the DPW to address the issue of potholes. This will allow for more resources to be devoted to the task force.
2. Increase public awareness of the issue. By increasing public awareness of the issue, citizens will be more likely to report potholes when they see them.
3. Increase the number of road inspections. This will allow for a more comprehensive and timely assessment of the road surface and will ensure that any potholes are addressed promptly. I hope this solution helps to Department to resolve this.
Thanks Tax Payer

These traffic lights are not working properly, 3rd November
The lights are working on there own turning to red every few seconds, only letting 4/5 car through at a time. The Wait button is lighting up on it's own as soon as the lights turn green and then they turn red a few seconds later and that cycle happens every few seconds causing tail backs both ways on Hacton lane, Upminster.

Dangerous bend Berwick pond road, 20th November
There’s been three accidents at this bend located down Berwick pond road. 51°32'01"N 0°13'46"E I’ve included a picture of the accident locations and the direction of travel. I nearly had one yesterday when a car travelling from the west of the bend went around it too fast and entered the oncoming lane. Had I been two seconds later it would have been a head on collision. There needs to be speed humps or more signage here to stop speeding drivers. The corner is much sharper than it looks when heading west towards it.
