Cooked prawns dumped in alleyway, 20th September
Bags of cooked prawns have been dumped across the alleyway that connects Gidea Park Station on Station Road and Upper Brentwood road. This has caused a foul odour and attracts rodents.

Loose Virgin Media manhole cover, 14th September
This manhole cover has been loose for months, every time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud noise and given this is a residential area it is really frustrating. When a heavy vehicle e.g. a bus or truck drives over it, it shakes the buildings in range.

Rotating cones missing, 19th May
Rotating cones to alert blind users when it is safe to cross missing/broken from central Island crossing box. Each of the 3 central crossing boxes are missing these cones. The sequence is not long enough for a blind user to cross the both roads at once without stopping at the central island. They are then unable to know when it is safe to continue their crossing as there are no rotating cones. Crossings located at the High Street/Billet Lane junction next to Sainsbury’s.

Issue Reported- Our Engineer has reported that “Trees encroaching on to structure. Tree encroaching StreetWorks pole, requires cut back to facukitipate access to fittings and fixtures."

Vehicles are making my house shake, 13th March
Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased this house on 28 Feb 2022. Since I moved here, when mid and heavy vehicles are passing by my home, my house is shaking and internally creates cracks in the house. Sometimes it was creating scary as well. I would like to request you look into my problem on an emergency basis and resolve the same.
