Speed limit to high, 8th March
We have been living on bearwood road for nearly 2 years now and the road is 40 mph coming down the hill past the golf course to barkham. A severe accident happened today due to a blind spot due to the hill. This has been bought up to the council multiple times and it was a near miss to pedestrians today as the accident could have been fatal. This needs to be changed to 30mph

Pot holes in red tarmac, black tarmac used to repair something?. Tarmac failing and causing brickwork on all houses boundary to subside, come away from concrete and pointing broken., 2nd February
All property in starling close have stone edging on the road. The road has pot holes and crumbling away at edges. This has made everyone's stones subside into the road and crumbled the concrete. Some are loose and some come completely away.

Terrible noise has begun in last week from subsidence around manhole cover on the road. Every car drives over it and it makes the loudest clanking noise which keeps us awake for hours. Please fix.

Walnut Close - surface water sewer is surcharging through road surface. I originally thought this to be a water leak but a jetting gang came to Close 2 weeks ago and jetted next inspection pit. Problem has reoccurred!

Barkham Road poor Chap 8 signing, 8th November
Barkham Road (0811/23) patching repairs were being undertaken by Volker Highways subbie. Dreadfully poor Chap 8 signing layout. Roadworks ahead, temp ats and road narrows were on site but at 3m intervals - useless and lazy application. No advance warning around the bend towards Leathern Bottel Pub.
