This road has started flooding again every time we get a significant rainfall. The problem was solved several years ago by unblocking the drains so it looks like the drains may need unblocking again. Perhaps these should be put on a routine to clean out at set intervals to avoid a recurrence.or a project to improve the drains so that they do not block.

Wheel breaking pothole, 28th March
This and another hole close by have been here for several months. Today one was under water so I couldn’t see it so went in it and my wheel only just survived!! Terrible accident waiting to happen. Please repair them asap. Thank you

Road gullies are completely blocked, 24th March
The road gullies are completely blocked. The kerb edgings are full of detritus, the road surface is breaking up and it is a complete mess. A little road sweeper has been out but all that’s done is push the mess all over the place.
It needs proper road sweeping and the drains unblocking.
