30mph sign moved, difficult to see, 23rd April
South side of Warbrook Lane. 30mph sign used to be near driveways and was clearly visible. It’s recently been moved a few metres westwards, now behind trees and is much harder to see by oncoming traffic. Photos show before & after. Why has it been moved?

Road and path collapsing 7 Canberra Close, 22nd April
Over time the path around the mains water drain cover has been sinking as has the road in front. Both fill with water and although we had a mild winter it does freeze causing potential hazard. The issue has become more serious following the work carried out by Toob. Both the path and road have dropped significantly to the point where the cars are now grounding on the road when using the drive which if left will cause damage and access issues.

Missing Chevron Posts, 16th April
There's at least three broken/missing chevron posts. Four remain and the spacing between them suggests there should possibly be more than the three broken ones. The low level vergeside vegetation is making it difficult to spot further broken sign stumps.

Expansive pothole outside our property, approx 24” x 12” x 6” deep, 14th April
This pothole (amongst others) is getting deeper and wider due to the large vehicles, including the buses. It started when the ditch opposite our property was dug out. Men at work signs were put out “unofficially” by the person digging the ditch. This meant all vehicles were having to drive over our grass verge and the edge of the road, hence causing the pothole. The previous potholes were only filled in some months prior to the current ones. This is not the only one that needs addressing, I know a neighbour has contacted you about the potholes further along the lane. Due to there being no street lighting down our lane, these holes are a danger to the public when walking down the lane at night. They have been there some months and desperately need filling before someone gets hurt or a vehicle damages and or loses a wheel or worse.

Dangerous speed limit on narrow lane with no pavements or lighting, 12th April
Since the new Urnfield housing estate off Moulsham Lane has been build 2018, the traffic volume has gradually increased so much, particularly at peak commute times, there are now many more cars/delivery /work vans than the past doing 30 mph around the narrower Moulsham Copse Lane which is clearly a speed that is unsafe along this narrow lane (which does not have any paths and no street lighting ) especially nearing the junction with Reading Road which has a blind spot on r/h side that someone will get killed.
The original planning permission (eg planning reference 17/02793/REM.) given clearly omitted this critical risk consideration for Moulsham Copse Lane residents and enough is enough. Therefore, I request Yateley Council /Hart district take this incident report as an official request to take action to get the speed limit reduced from 30mph to 20mph through Moulsham Cope Lane immediately (with signage) to rectify this serious planning error.
If no action is taken there will be serious harm or loss of life caused and Yateley Council /Hart district may be found to be culpable.
